How to reach us, and what to include so we can help fast.

The fastest way to reach us is on Telegram. You can also use the chat button in the corner of any page, or email info@evolved.to. For order questions, include your order ID from the dashboard.

Report security issues privately to the same address, with "Security" in the subject. For larger credit amounts or buying for a team, email sales@evolved.to.

What to include

  • The x-request-id of a failing request, and roughly when it happened.
  • The model ID and the endpoint you called.
  • Your client and its version, for example Claude Code, Codex or the Python SDK.
  • The full error body you received.
