Terms of Service

The service

evolved.to provides a single API key and endpoints that route your requests to third-party AI models, including Claude models from Anthropic and GPT models from OpenAI. evolved.to is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or OpenAI.

How requests are served

Requests are sent to OpenAI's and Anthropic's servers through our proxy infrastructure. To keep prices low, short and simple requests may be served by a lighter model from the same family as the model you name, and model effort, such as reasoning depth, output length and context, scales with the size of the task. Each request is billed at the rate of the model that served it, and the response names that model. Details are in How routing works.

Your account and keys

• Your API key is issued for your order and sent to the email address on your account. We do not keep a copy.
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage made with them.
• Tell us immediately if you believe a key has been exposed; we will revoke it and issue a replacement with the credit that was left.
• You must provide accurate account information and be old enough to form a binding contract.

Balance and billing

• Access is prepaid through crypto payments. Each key carries the plan and credit of its order.
• Requests are charged per token at the rates published on our Models page and deducted from the key's credit.
• Requests are rejected when a key's credit is used up.
• Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the credit is added to your key, except where the law requires otherwise.
• We may change rates for future usage; changes are published before they take effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• break the law, or infringe the rights of others;
• violate the usage policies of the model providers whose models you call;
• attack, probe, overload or circumvent the security of the service or its rate limits;
• resell or share keys, or provide access to the service to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend keys or accounts that breach these rules.

Model output

AI models can produce inaccurate or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and for how you use it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Models may be added, changed or retired when providers change their offerings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
